WALKING SAFARI IN BARDIA NATIONAL PARK
In a Nutshell
The jungle walk is our most popular program as it's one of the best ways to see wildlife. Nepal is the only country in the world where you can get close to Asia's mega fauna on foot. You'll have good chances to see endangered Bengal tigers, and one-horned rhinos. Herds of Asian elephants also roam along this jungle corridor all year around.
You'll be a local guide as we trek across the national park to lookouts along the Karnali river, where wildlife come to cool and enjoy a drink. Wildlife is hard to spot but Wild Trak Adventure guides will teach you the skills needed to find and watch these magnificent creatures. Monkeys, deer, a wide variety of birds and insects are ever present in Bardia National Park too. If you are lucky, you might even spot the elusive Leopard.
